About

Jeff Kershaw has tried significant jury cases across Texas for nearly 25 years. Mr. Kershaw represents companies and individuals in high-exposure and high-profile disputes in Federal and State courts. Mr. Kershaw’s practice covers a broad range of areas including medical-malpractice, personal injury torts involving catastrophic injury or death, major transportation incidents, construction accident and defect matters, premises liability, non-subscriber litigation and general insurance defense matters. Mr. Kershaw has substantial experience representing physicians and nurses before the Texas Medical Board and Nursing Board.

Jeff Kershaw has extensive experience in cases arising from transportation accidents involving allegations of Federal Motor Carriers Safety Regulations, construction accidents concerning allegations of OSHA violations, and road construction accidents. Mr. Kershaw has accident experts available on immediate notice to investigate and preserve all evidence concerning any type of catastrophic event.

Mr. Kershaw has been selected by his peers on numerous occasions as a D Magazine Best Lawyer Best Lawyers in Dallas and selected for inclusion to the Super Lawyers list in Texas.
