MARY HAMMER
About
Mary Hammer is an associate attorney at Kershaw Anderson King, PLLC. Mary graduated cum laude from the University of Florida with a BS in Animal Science and attended the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine before pursuing her law degree. Mary graduated from Baylor Law School in 2005 and served as President of the Environmental Law Society during her time at Baylor. Mary has spent the majority of her legal career in public service at the local, state, and federal levels. She has served at the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, the Social Security Administration Office of Hearings Operations, and as an Assistant City Attorney for the City of Dallas. Mary is thrilled to be back in private practice and is focusing on complex, multi-party commercial and residential construction cases. Mary also represents business entities and individuals in matters involving personal injury, premises liability, medical malpractice, and breach of contract. Mary is licensed to practice law in Texas and New Mexico and is an active member of the Dallas Bar Association and the Dallas Women Lawyers Association. Mary enjoys rescuing elderly dogs and currently has two – Teddy Mercury and Stevie.
